Brian graduated Salutatorian from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage where he received training in anatomy, physiology, myology, and practical massage techniques. He is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Brian has completed advanced training in Orthopedic Massage, concentrating in assessment, treatment and prevention of chronic pain resulting from musculoskeletal dysfunctions. He has completed additional training in Oncology Massage, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy and Raindrop Technique. Brian teaches Usui Reiki classes (Level I, II, and Master).

I am a full-time mom of 3 kids who I adore. I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 1999. I specialize in relaxation massage. It is very healing for my client as well as myself. I am a nature girl at heart, I feel the greatest peace just gazing at the full moon and the stars of the midnight sky. I have many goals in life, but to sum it up I want to learn as much about the world around me as possible. Someday I would love to travel to other countries and learn more about different cultures. Right now I am cherishing the live of my family while watching them grow day to day, and enjoying coming into work, which is my little piece of Heaven!

Sarah is the mother of three amazing children, which is her most important life's work. Her journey has led her to Massage Therapy as a career. A native of Boulder, Colorado, the holistic way of life is familiar to her. She specializes in Oncology Massage. Sarah is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. She volunteers for the Center for Compassion Healing at Life Time Care by massaging hospice patients in their homes and in the hospice unit at the hospital. She also works with Compassion Net, a group that supports family with children who have a life threatening diseases. Helping children and adults get through these difficult transitions is a passion for Sarah and gives her life meaning.

Dave is an energy healer and dowser who identifies and clears disruptive energies and blockages to healing to restore balance to the body, mind and energy field. He is trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques, Integrated Energy Therapy and as a Reiki Master. He has been developing techniques of applied energy dowsing to home and personal health since 2005.
 
His primary work involves identifying and neutralizing potentially harmful natural and manmade energy sources including Ley lines, underground energies (ie rock formations and streams) as well as paranormal causes,. Mark graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in June 2008 where he received training in anatomy & physiology, pathology, myology, Swedish massage and treatments techniques. Mark is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

He was drawn to a career in massage by family and friends in massage related fields and it truly has been a fulfilling ride of growth, learning and discovery. Mark’s fascination of the science behind the workings of the human anatomy and musculature drive his desire to learn more to be able to help clients with their specific issues.

Mark is an avid bicycler dedicated to cycling the 100 mile Tour De Cure every year in hopes that someday a cure for diabetes will be found. Mark also is an avid runner and has completed several full marathons.

Jennifer is a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified group exercise instructor who has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. In addition to personal training, she is a group fitness instructor who teaches step, body conditioning, stretch and strengthen, kickboxing and self-defense classes. Jennifer holds a black belt and assists in teaching Goshin Jitsu. She finds fulfillment in helping others achieve their fitness goals. “My philosophy is that personal training should be about getting your mind in sync with your body. My motto is: ‘strong body, strong mind, strong you!’ You can’t have one without the other. Sometimes all it takes is a little guidance and support to accomplish all that you need and desire.”

Jennifer is a fan of mixed martial arts and greatly enjoys practicing the art of Jiu Jitsu. She is the mother of 3 active children, an immense animal lover, and owns many rescued pets.

Scott is New York State Licensed in Acupuncture, since 2001, having received a combined Bachelors/Masters degree in Acupuncture from The New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, NY. He received NYS licensure in Massage from the same school in 1994. For the last 12 years he has practiced in and around New York City – experienced in all venues and with all kinds of patients. In 2008, he moved back to his hometown of Rochester to begin work on his book, now published, called The Development of Good Health. It is a culmination of the knowledge and understanding he accumulated during many years of practice. His treatments have always had one goal – how to assist patients towards better health in the quickest and most efficient way.
